Summary

Joining the Infratech Team as Carolina’s Regional Vice President, Rob Bouthiller brings with him an extensive background with over 30 years’ experience in the electrical utility industry.  Being responsible for the Carolinas Operations, Rob will be focused on expanding and developing the company’s regional footprint as well as adding overhead line construction to the company’s portfolio.

Career

Before joining Infratech, Rob was most recently Director of Construction and Project management for Eversource Energy in the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts region. During his tenure, Rob managed a $1.6 billion capital construction investment budget between 2015 and 2021 which included the replacement of over 7,000 transmission structures as well as the establishment of hundreds of miles of new right-of-way access to the Eversource transmission system. During major storm events, Rob was responsible for managing the restoration of the Connecticut-Western Massachusetts transmission system. He is a Journeyman Lineman with extensive experience in T&D including Live line-Barehand. Rob has been in leadership roles since 2003 overseeing T&D Operations and Construction.
